We were founded by three nurses with years of hospital experience, driven by the desire to do things differently: to care for each person in their real-life context, with tailored solutions, constant presence, and serious clinical monitoring.
Today, we operate in Greater Lisbon and the South Bank, with a team dedicated to improving the daily lives of those most in need—and their families.

From an early age, Nurse André felt a natural calling for care. His closeness to patients at home, his autonomy in clinical decision-making, and his ability to adapt care to each family's needs make his daily practice an extension of his personal mission.
